I bought a car last month and have reserved my review until now. There was a problem with the radio which they wouldn't have known about. It was fixed under warranty and all is well now. My experience of buying the car was very good. Very experienced salesman who didn't give me the stereotypical hard sell, offered me a fair price for my car. The promises made, regarding a full tank of a fuel, an engine bay clean and some mats were all kept. All in all a very positive experience and I would highly recommend. I'm not local but would be happy to use them again.
Id already seen the car I wanted to look at online but the team always have a wide selection of cars to choose from... Brilliant service from all the team at JCT600 Rawdon, Lupton and Darren made us feel very welcome, good look round the car and test drove it on a Saturday, all paperwork sorted on the Monday and ready for collection by the Wednesday! Highly recommended dealership! Will be going back when its time to change in future
We went there today to test drive a car which was at the very top of our budget this car was just what we wanted we went outside and I noticed it had a towbar which I was not too keen about as the car was automatic and I thought if it had been used for towing this would have been extra stress on the gearbox.The test went well but the gear change was very noticeable I asked about warranty and was told that it was 3 months but for an extra cost almost300 a year would be given.my wife went in to tell the sales man that we were going to think about it I was left outside I had a look at the tyres and they were all about 1 mm from the ware indicators. It says that all the cars are checked before being put up for sale.As this is one of the biggest dealers in our area I am a bit surprised at the points I have made.Pl
