We came for our Christmas meal on the 15th December. The staff were very friendly and attentive,the food was lovely,and the music was good.we found the only problem was the seating and tables were too close together in such a small space.
I am really pleased with the owners, there was a mix up with my room as I'd booked the family room and been allocated the double room. When I mentioned it they immediately refunded me the difference before I'd returned home. Room was lovely and breakfast was brilliant. I'm aware it's being refurbished and can't wait to go back in the future to see how it goes.
Peasehill is a nice place to stay. We were in a family room for the night which was made up of a very large master bed and a sofa bed that was laid out for the kids. The room was large enough for 4 of us. Though a little more thought could have been made about the layout as we were having to climb over the sofa bed to get to the shower room/ toilet. The place was very clean and tidy. The manager/owner was very welcoming when we arrived, making us feel right at home. The staff are friendly and warm. There is a great selection for breakfast. I would recommend to anyone needing to spend the night in the area to look at Peasehill House for your needs.
